PRAGUE / FRAMINGHAM, Mass.,, August 5, 2016 – Worldwide tablet shipments, inclusive of slates and detachables, reached 38.7 million in the second quarter of 2016 (2Q16) according to preliminary data from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Tablet Tracker.
